The Japanese Anemone is a member of the buttercup family and comes from across Asia. In China it is refered to as the 'broken bowl flower'. This 3D paper flower study has been made from an old magazine, wire and thread.
 
The frames are handmade for each display from solid wood and glass. This particular frame has been made from Ash wood and lightly oiled. It has a wire on the back so it is ready to hang when it arrives.
 
In order to keep your piece looking its best, hang it away from direct sunlight and avoid areas where there is a lot of moisture such as in a bathroom or a lot of direct heat such as directly above a radiator.
