I run workshops, teaching adults and children how to create their own nature collections out of paper. You can find a list of upcoming workshops below or to find out when workshops are available in the future you can also sign up to my mailing list.

PAPER WILDFLOWER WORKSHOP
Wednesday 1'7th September 2025, 10:00am - 4:00pm
Venue: Westhope College, Shropshire, UK.
In this workshop you will learn how to make 3D wildflowers out of recycled paper. The tutor will guide you through a variety of the different techniques she uses to create paper sculptures and explain the overall process behind them. The workshop runs over a whole day so there
is time to go into some of the techniques in more detail and allow you to build your own wildflower out of paper.
By the end of the workshop, you will have made your own 3D wildflower to take home with you along with a template and instructions for you to be able to make more at home.
The workshop is designed for beginners, so no experience is necessary. It gives you the opportunity to play with different types of recycled and plain papers and learn more about how to build with this versatile material.
All materials, a light lunch and refreshments are included in the workshop fee, however you are welcome to bring along any of your own paper that you would like to use if you want to.

PAPER MUSHROOM WORKSHOP
Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th October 2025, 10:00am - 4pm
Venue: Westhope College, Shropshire, UK.
Discover your next favourite hobby in this hands-on and unusual weekend-long course making 3D mushroom scenes out of recycled paper. Your tutor will show you the process behind the paper mushrooms she makes including how to photograph real fungi and use these photos to
make templates. Kate will guide you through a variety of the different techniques to build paper mushrooms and will show you how to create the surrounding plants and leaf litter out of paper, making your very own woodland scene.
The workshop is designed for beginners, so no experience is necessary. You will learn a lot of skills including paper cutting, carving, wirework and painting. The workshop gives you the opportunity to play with different types of recycled and plain papers and learn more about
how to build with this versatile material.
By the end of the workshop, you will have made your own 3D paper mushroom and surrounding scene to take home with you along with a template and instructions for you to be able to make more at home. Taking two days allows time to really enjoy the process in depth and make something that you are pleased with.
All materials, light lunches and refreshments both days are included in the workshop fee.
